Needs After a fire or smoke damage occurs, the odor will linger in the affected areas unless treated. We are skilled in detecting and removing odors due to smoke, mildew, pets, urine, cigars, mold and more. We know that not every odor is good or bad. This is why we neutralize the odor that YOU consider to be unpleasant rather than mask it with another odor.
Job Process
Odors can come from many different sources. Odors can require more than one method of deodorization. However, no matter what the odor situation, the same fundamental principles apply in order to deodorize.
Deodorization Methods
There are two general methods of deodorization:
The first method involves the use of ozone to purify the air. Our ozone generator is the most modern, technically advanced ozone generator on the market today. The ozone generator produces O3 molecules that react with odors to eliminate them.
Our second method of deodorization uses space age technology through the use of titanium dioxide. The titan air purifier not only scrubs the air but also purifies it. A great benefit of this type of deodorization is that it can be run while a home or building is inhabited. Both methods do a tremendous job of eliminating odors at the source and ridding the building of them for good.
